POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIONES:
Admitimos la devolución de nuestros artículos durante 7 días para el caso que éstos no sean conforme a lo descrito en los anuncios o si llegan en mal estado. Los portes de devolución correrán a cargo del comprador. Se reintegrará el 100% del valor de los artículos, excepto el coste del correo.
POLÍTICA DE ENVÍOS:
Enviamos nuestros artículos por correo certificado, al coste de 3 euros la carta certificada para España y 4,5 euros para el extranjero. En caso de artículos de mayor peso o volúmen, los costes de envío variarán según la tarifa oficial de Correos. Aun así, si los compradores desean el envío por correo ordinario, a su cuenta y riesgo, esta opción está disponible. No nos hacemos responsables de la pérdida, extravío o retraso de ningún envío que no se haya tramitado vía correo certificado.

FILOPOST WARRANTY RETURNING POLICY:
We accept the return of our items within 7 days after their reception if they are not as described or they are in bad conditio. The returning shipping costs will be at the buyer's cost. We will refund the 100% value of the items, except shipping costs.
SHIPPING POLICY:
We ship all our items via registered mail, at the cost of 3 Euro for Spain and 4,5 Euro for the rest of the world. For higher weight and volume we increase these costs. If you prefer ordinary mail at the cost of 0.5 Euro for Spain and 1.5 Euro for the rest of the world you can ask for it, but we do not accept any kind of responsability about any possible missing or delay of the shipping.
